7:00 Welcome and Introductions - Please make sure you have printed your name and address on the Greenway sign-in sheet.
7:05 Fire Services Update - Station 66.
7:15 Community Policing Update - Community Police Officer.
7:25 Presentation: Beaver Baseball Stadium - We will have a presentation from Beaverton's Business Development Team about the proposed facility for sports, concerts, and community events. This is the proposed Beaver Baseball Stadium and there should be some good information available to help us understand what is being proposed and what it could end up costing us.
7:55 Local Land Use Issues - The Greenway NAC Chair will present the latest updates on any land use issues affecting the Greenway area.
1. Changes to Beaverton's Domestic Fowl Prohibition Beaverton is looking at possible changing the prohibition on domestic fowl (i.e. chickens, etc.). I will take your comments back to the city.
2. CarMax Automobile Dealership may replace the Malibu Raceway Go-cart track and batting cages CarMax has submitted a development application to the city. A Planning Commission Hearing is scheduled for October 28th at 6:30 pm and a Board of Design Review Hearing is scheduled for October 29th at 6:30 pm. Both hearings are held in the Beaverton City Council Chambers.
