Greenway Neighborhood Association Committee
Meeting Minutes
January 19, 2006
The Greenway NAC meeting was held in Room 202 at the Conestoga Recreation and Aquatic Center.
The meeting was called to order by Jim Persey at 7:03 pm
TVFR Station 66 reported that their station will be undergoing a 9 month remodel and addition starting in March. Telephone surveys are in progress to identify service issues for the district.
The Community Police Officer from the Beaverton Police Department was not present to report for the meeting.
Details of the Beaverton School District May 16 Bond were presented by a school district representative. The $195-million capital construction bond is intended to address the growing capacity requirements of the District.
The latest information and recommendation to Metro regarding the Highway 217 Corridor Study and the Cascade Plaza construction was discussed.
Vandalism and graffiti along SW Conestoga and problems with City of Beaverton web site reporting were discussed.

Neighborhood spring clean up scheduled for June
Greenway NAC Bylaw Revisions were discussed and addition changes were recommended to be forwarded to the Neighborhood Program Office.
There was no other business coming before the NAC.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 pm
